Zoho People offers a comprehensive suite of features that cover all our HR needs, from recruitment and on boarding to payroll and performance management. The tool has improved our ability to manage and analyse employee data. Having all the information in one place has made reporting and decision-making much more efficient. Employees appreciate the self-service options that allow them to update their information, request leave, and access their payslips without having to go through HR. The implementation and the training was completed effectively by the team from Nexivo without any major concerns. The team has been helpful in the post implementation support also.

Whenever we ask for support, they are available, sometimes, it gets a bit delayed as assigning work to the right teammate takes time, but they do it anyhow. We are coordinating with Deepika & her team. They do suggest & take follow-ups on time. They did help us on their offs also so must say yes they support us very well & quite dedicated towards their customers & work.
